The Best Pizza
in Toronto

The term "pizza" first appeared in Latin text dating from 997 AD. A dish of the poor people sold in the streets of Medieval Naples, pizza was not considered a kitchen recipe until the 18th century. Legend has it that King Ferdinand of Naples disguised himself as a commoner to taste the food that the Queen had banned from the royal court.

Authentic Neapolitan pizza is a thing of beauty designed to delight with every bite. Its ingredients consist of a palette of delirious flavours — the tart tinge of San Marzano tomatoes, the soft blistered flame-licked dough, and the freshest toppings to create a work of art for your consumption.

We are proud to serve the best pizza in Toronto. Buon appetito!

Associazione Verace
Pizza Napoletana

We are proud members of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) — the international non-profit organization that protects and promotes the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making worldwide.

This certification means our pizzas are made strictly according to traditional Neapolitan methods: hand-stretched dough made with Tipo 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes grown in the volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius, fresh fior di latte mozzarella, and baked in a wood-fired oven at 485°C for 60–90 seconds.
