Pizza e Pazzi was born from a simple belief: that great pizza requires great ingredients, real craft, and a wood-fired oven burning at 485°C. Since 2013, we have been bringing the traditions of Naples to Toronto's vibrant Corso Italia neighbourhood.
We are proud to be certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) — one of only a handful of restaurants in Canada to hold this distinction. Every pizza that leaves our kitchen honours the centuries-old tradition of Neapolitan pizza-making.
The Craft

Our wood-fired oven reaches the temperature required by Neapolitan tradition. The result: a perfectly blistered crust, molten fior di latte, and flavours that can only come from fire.
